Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s) and inspect them for compliance with our Return Policy. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Mode of Refund: Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. For example, if you made your purchase with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. If you used another payment method, our customer support team will assist you in processing the refund accordingly.

No Refund/Cancellation Exceptions: In certain cases, such as for personalized or custom-made items, no refunds or cancellations will be provided unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. Refund/Cancellation for Digital Products: For digital products, refunds and cancellations are generally not provided once the product has been downloaded or accessed due to the immediate value provided.
